Privacy at a glance

This summary explains the processing relevant to the free process analysis. Pickert GmbH’s full privacy notice remains authoritative.

• Before email capture, we process only the anonymous session and your process inputs. A Lead is created only at the email gate.
• AI content is processed globally by Anthropic under Zero Data Retention, a DPA, and Standard Contractual Clauses. Application data is stored in the EU. We do not claim EU inference.
• Brevo processes two independent confirmation emails: one confirms your address and releases the report by email. The other is the separate double opt-in for the optional newsletter. The report itself is generated and shown to you here right after you submit your email — regardless of either confirmation. The newsletter is fully independent of the report and requires its own, separate confirmation.
• For abuse prevention, a non-reversible salted HMAC of the normalized email is retained for the one-report limit. The domain is observed but never hard-capped.
• Raw uploaded SOP files and extracted text are deleted after processing. Report data follows the published retention period.
